Tribeca Loft and Roof Terrace

This upper floor with roof deck residential unit in an old wood timber storage facility was kept open with limited partition work in this gut renovation to maintain a feeling of loftiness. New skylights bring in daylight; white marble from Colorado was installed in the kitchen to create a natural palette of materials that meet with the highest regard for detail. The bathroom includes a steam bath with and operable doors that open the bathroom to the rest of the loft to maintain the ethos of loft living.
