MVAPC renovated one of a trio of unique and beautifully-crafted turn of the century Clinton Hill, Brooklyn townhouses that had suffered after a long period of neglect. Original features of the home were preserved, doors, trim, and wood floors were carefully stripped and whitewashed, but the basic cellular layout of the house remained true to the original for this modern upgrade.
